Please request rooms at least one week in advance. Scheduling, programming of doors and heat are done on Monday morning for the week.

 *Doors will be unlocked 15 minutes before event and lock 15 minutes after event start only if more than 15 people are attending. Otherwise, an iPad will be provided with software to unlock doors.
