Our parishioners are invited to the annual Fall Soup Luncheon for our Senior Parishioners
Enjoy a delightful squash soup, bread, and a fall dessert that will be served by our 3rd and 7th grade students. Songs will be sung by preschool and 3rd grade.
The community garden at Highland Catholic is tended to by our students, in collaboration with our Garden Coordinators. Every fall, the group takes the produce that was planted, tended, and harvested along with some donations from our friends at Celeste’s Dream/St. Kate’s/CSJ Food Access Hub to make a squash soup.
The entire Highland Catholic community, students, parents, and staff, are able to come together to make this event happen.
Our students help make and serve our senior community members lunch in the community room. We serve soup and bread rolls. We also serve a fall dessert, while offering water and coffee during lunch.
The students help with set up, cooking, serving, and cleaning up for this event. You can RSVP by stopping into the main office at Lumen Christi.
